Processing Time

In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 3-7 business days. Custom and made-to-order products require additional production lead time, which will be confirmed in your quotation (typically 15-30 days depending on order size).

Wholesale and Bulk Orders

For wholesale orders (MOQ 100 pcs), shipping costs and lead times are quoted individually based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. We ship worldwide from our factory in Shandong, China.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight, and sea freight options. The most suitable method will be recommended based on your order size and destination. Tracking numbers are provided once the order is dispatched.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed (e.g., DDP terms). Please check with your local customs authority for applicable charges.

Delivery Timeframes

Delays

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at shandongfishnet@163.com so we can open a claim and arrange a resolution.
