退款政策
Overview
Shandong FishNet Fishing Gear Co., Ltd ("we", "our", "TUFFNET") stands behind the quality of every product we ship from our factory in Shandong, China. This Refund Policy applies to wholesale and retail orders placed through fishnetmax.com.
Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect all goods immediately upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the order confirmation, notify us within 7 days of receipt at shandongfishnet@163.com with photos of the affected items and packaging.
Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% for non-defective returns.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Custom and OEM Orders
Custom, OEM/ODM, and made-to-order products are non-returnable unless the goods are defective or do not meet the agreed specifications. Please confirm all specifications before production.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. For wholesale orders, we may offer a replacement shipment or credit note in lieu of a refund at our discretion.
Damaged Shipments
For damaged shipments, please keep all packaging materials and contact us within 7 days so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
